The significance is that the disclosure movement now has both outside pressure and inside testimony, and that combination is what makes the current phase different from previous UFO waves.
So when those two forces collide, the disclosure process can move in one of two directions: managed disclosure or catastrophic disclosure. Managed disclosure is what we’re seeing now. It’s slow, incremental, bureaucratic, and boring. The government retains narrative control, but that path is failing to satisfy disclosure advocates who know what’s really going on.
Then you have catastrophic disclosure, which is very different. That’s when narrative control by the deep state, the government, and the intelligence agencies collapses overnight. And we’re approaching a potential tipping point because every month that official channels delay, extend, and pretend, without really telling us what’s happening, the probability of managed disclosure decreases. The story becomes more likely to break on its own terms. So a presidential order alone is not enough.
Who Really Controls the UAP Records?
This is one of the most important points I want to make. Even if the White House wants full-blown transparency, there are extraordinary things that would need to be revealed. We’re talking about how they’re integrating their DNA into our population, why they’ve been abducting us, and what we’ve achieved through reverse engineering. I believe those reverse-engineering achievements have given the United States a massive asymmetric advantage across virtually every military and intelligence domain over other nation-states. That was basically articulated by the French COMETA report, which was classified and later declassified.
And even if the president wants to reveal that we have an entire military-industrial infrastructure that doesn’t depend on oil, that doesn’t operate within the framework of 20th- or 21st-century physics, and that we’re five to six generations ahead of every other nation-state in virtually every scientific area because of these reverse-engineering achievements, that doesn’t mean all of this information can simply be released. By the way, I’m saying these things because I believe most of what I’m describing here is true.
So even if the White House wants that level of transparency, the relevant records are spread across the CIA, the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, aerospace contractors, and private contractors like Lockheed.
Lockheed is basically the big kahuna when it comes to having all of this information, including the key special access programs. There are other companies as well, but Lockheed has the longest and most in-depth history with these special access programs and classified archives.
So the real question is, who actually controls the knowledge? Who has the authority to declassify it? Who can compel private contractors to comply? And who determines what Congress and the public are allowed to know?
Why International Disclosure Could Change Everything
The push on Capitol Hill, along with growing international pressure, matters because disclosure may become multilateral. If one country, one parliament, or one high-ranking intelligence official comes forward with significant information, that could change everything.
And I mention parliament because the British have actually been trying to roll the toothpaste back into the tube. A lot of British UFO researchers, some of the best in the world, are saying that the British government is doing just the reverse of what the American government is attempting to do, or at least what Congress and the Trump administration are attempting to do. The British government is trying to pull back from disclosure.
So if one country, like Brazil, or one parliament, like the Japanese Diet, or one high-ranking intelligence official, someone like Jay Stratton, comes forward with significant information, that could be the straw that breaks the camel’s back. That’s the kind of thing we’re looking for, because it could compel others to act and push disclosure into a multilateral process.
And more importantly, what happens if we see a foreign archive released by, let’s say, the French government? Or what about the Russians? Putin may have no problem releasing this information. And what about the Chinese? If another major government independently releases significant evidence, the United States would no longer control the global disclosure timetable. And that is a major issue for the American intelligence agencies.
The Convergence of Political Pressure, Media, and Insider Testimony
So what we’re seeing here is several catalysts converging into one force, and disclosure is not likely to be a single event waiting to happen. It is a process already underway. And what makes 2026 important is that several catalysts appear to be converging at the same time.
We had a Capitol Hill press conference two days ago, framed as part of a global transparency push. We have a major Spielberg UFO-themed project bringing the subject to mainstream audiences right now. And we have Jay Stratton’s forthcoming book, which will likely provide an insider account from someone deeply connected to government black operations and deep-state UAP investigation programs.
All of these developments together could create a powerful convergence of political pressure, cultural influence, and insider testimony. And when those forces come together, public pressure can accelerate very quickly. The key point is that disclosure may not arrive as one dramatic announcement by the President of the United States, although that would be nice.
Instead, it may arrive through a sequence of pressure events that build until the old containment structure can no longer hold. Uranus-Pluto, hint, hint. And that leads us to the bigger question beneath the whole story. The UFO subject no longer depends primarily on persuasion. It depends on custody. That is the key thing.

From UFO Sightings to Evidence, Custody, and Accountability
The central confrontation is between secrecy and accountability. Can the government shape the disclosure process before disclosure moves forward without them? This is why the next phase will not be decided by public fascination alone. It will be decided by access, study, legal authority, and, most importantly, custody.
It will also depend on whether insiders or journalists force the issue faster than institutions can manage it. If that happens, it will be something that even CNN cannot deny. Maybe the BBC will try, but CNN will not be able to contain it.
How Artificial Intelligence Could Accelerate UAP Disclosure
Actually, there’s one new force that could radically accelerate the entire process. And what do you think that is? Anyone have a guess? Take a guess. What is the one thing that could be more powerful than all of them? More powerful than the intelligence agencies, the president, the investigative journalists, or Jeremy Corbell? What do you think it is?
Artificial intelligence. That’s right. AI may be the decisive force in the next phase of disclosure because it turns a fragmented archive into a forensic data problem.
Think about what AI can do. It can scan radar data, imagery, and pilot reports for recurring signatures. It can convert old scanned documents into searchable text. It can map references across agencies, compare patterns in redacted documents and articles, and potentially uncover information that those redactions were intended to conceal.
It can integrate radar, infrared, satellite, sonar, and telemetry data and identify inconsistencies across classified and declassified material. And this is a profound shift. The state may release documents, but AI will ultimately determine what those documents reveal. This also decentralizes the narrative.
Civilian researchers, journalists, analysts, and open-source investigators can use AI tools to analyze public datasets at a scale that was previously available only to institutions. What once required the resources of major government agencies or intelligence organizations can increasingly be done by independent researchers using artificial intelligence.
So AI does not merely sit beside disclosure as another technology story. Artificial intelligence becomes a disclosure accelerator.

For decades, the UAP story has been treated as a question of sightings, testimony, and unexplained encounters. In his new book, The Disclosure Window: The Astrology of E.T. Disclosure in the Trump Era, William Stickevers goes further by tracing the political, institutional, and historical structures that allowed the subject to remain compartmentalized, while examining the growing pressure now being placed on those structures by Congress, whistleblowers, technological change, and shifting geopolitical realities.
The book also places the current disclosure battle within a larger astrological and civilizational framework, looking at the planetary cycles converging through the late 2020s and what they may signify for secrecy, government authority, advanced technology, and humanity’s understanding of its place in the cosmos. It considers what disclosure could mean once it moves from allegation and partial acknowledgment into a public, structural reality.
Three Key Signals That Could Accelerate Disclosure
So what should we watch for? This is the key thing. Now, with Uranus squaring the nodes, and with Uranus-Pluto making a direct sextile to Neptune on the world point, there are a lot of things we need to watch for because the acceleration signals are becoming much clearer.
- The first would be a major outlet publishing documents tied to crash retrievals and reverse-engineering programs, with classified documentation to back up the reporting. That would mark a significant shift from sightings to actual program evidence.
- The second would be a foreign government making an independent disclosure statement referencing recovered materials. That would internationalize the issue and weaken U.S. narrative control.
- And the third would be a second credible whistleblower with direct program access coming forward publicly. David Grusch opened the door, but testimony from someone with direct access to these programs would intensify the pressure considerably.
So the key is to watch for custody evidence, not just another video or another report. We’re talking about actual materials, records, contracts, telemetry, and direct testimony. That’s where the next major breakthrough is likely to come from.
Could the Disclosure Process Still Stall?
But we also need to watch for signs that the process is stalling. That’s possible, although I don’t think it’s likely. For example, if those hundred journalists don’t end up unleashing the Kraken, so to speak, by publishing the videos and documents, and the material remains uncorroborated with no coordinated publication occurring, that could signal a stall in the disclosure process. But I think that’s highly improbable.
I’m just putting it out there because there is a possibility that this whole process could stall. But the astrology says just the opposite. Basically, astrology is making it very clear that this subject is not going to go away.
It’s like Trump. Remember two years ago, when everyone was saying Trump was going to fade away? Trump was going away, his influence was going to diminish, and he would no longer be a major political force. Well, what happened? The exact opposite happened.
So what we may see is that even when countries like the UK try to roll the toothpaste back into the tube, this issue is only going to get bigger. The attempts to contain or reverse the process may actually contribute to greater public pressure for transparency.
And that means the disclosure process will not slow down. It may get redirected, but it will not slow down.
