So we have Uranus going into Gemini, and we know that happens on July 7, 2025. That’s shocking and disruptive. We also know the Jupiter-Saturn square has a lot to do with what’s happening with the Main Street economy—the general economy.
And we have all these bullish factors that are going to be present throughout the year. But where we link all of this is the fact that the Trump administration has Uranus rising. So, Uranus is a very important planet here. It’s the modern ruler of Aquarius, co-ruler of the Sun, co-ruler of the Part of Fortune, and co-ruler of Pluto (in the Trump administration birth chart).
Uranus going into Gemini is also significant because Trump is a Sun-Uranus president. He has a Sun-Uranus conjunction in Gemini. So Trump 2.0 is the “agent provocateur,” the disruptive president.
The Sun–Uranus Archetype in Leadership
He’s going to throw a Molotov cocktail into the deep state, into the too-big-to-fail machinery that was perfected and solidified under the Obama 1.0 administration and the Biden 1.0 / Obama 2.0 administration. He’s going to throw that Molotov cocktail right into it.
So what do we see with the Sun-Uranus archetype? In general, sudden change, rebellion, unpredictability, creative breakthroughs, and radical reinvention. Historical leaders with strong Uranian influence include Abraham Lincoln, FDR, and JFK—figures who led during major societal transitions.
Trump, as the Uranian archetype, is about policy disruption (immigration, trade)—a rebel with a radical cause, an agent provocateur, and a disruptor of entrenched institutions. Robotics and the AGI revolution, technological acceleration—all of that will intensify Trump’s populist economic policies. There will be financial system upheaval, decentralization, digital assets, and an AI-driven economy redefining the global monetary order.
Market Shock and the U.S. Uranus Return
A radical economic restructuring will reflect an unpredictable and major shift in global strategy. And while that’s happening, we have Uranus rising in the Trump 2.0 administration, Uranus ingressing into Gemini—which has historically been shocking to markets going back over 150 years based on Dow Jones data—and Trump as a Sun-Uranus conjunction president during the time the U.S. will be going through its own Uranus return.
The Uranus return will happen during the tenure of the second Trump administration, and this correlates with the USA’s Pluto return and the third act of America’s fourth turning crisis. America’s fourth turning crisis began during the Lehman meltdown and the Obama election in 2008. The Obama era was the first act of the fourth turning crisis.
Understanding the Fourth Turning Cycle
These fourth turning crises occur roughly every 84 years. The American Revolution was the first fourth turning. The second was the Civil War. The third was the Great Depression and World War II. And now we’re in the fourth, which began in 2008.
The first act was the Obama administration. The second act was the Biden administration—really the Biden / Obama administration, because as I’ve stated before, Obama was a major power broker to compensate for Biden’s diminishing cognitive abilities, which became fully compromised by April 2023. And we’re going to hear more about this soon.
People are writing books about it now because they want a political career going forward. They worked in the White House, so they’re going to do tell-alls. You’ll find out Biden was completely absent and Obama took over. That’s not conspiracy—that’s fact. We already know it. There’s enough evidence. Just read the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post. They’re writing about it already because they need plausible deniability and can’t keep lying to readers.
So that’s why I say the second act of the fourth turning was the Biden-Obama era. Now, Pluto re-entered Aquarius in November 2024, and Uranus will enter Gemini in July 2025, leading to the U.S. Uranus return. That return happens during Trump’s term.
Two Overlapping Cycles—A Rare Event
These two overlapping cycles—the Pluto return and Uranus return—have never happened together in modern history. Maybe you’d have to go back to the Roman Empire to see it.
These overlapping cycles symbolize intense change, societal mutation, and the potential for widespread upheaval. As Americans face structural, political, and economic crises, the Trump 2.0 administration will be at the center of revolutionary opportunities and severe challenges.
The Fiscal Reality and the DOGE Initiative
We know the U.S. is on an unsustainable fiscal course. We know it will collapse financially—or the U.S. dollar reserve status will collapse—within four years during the Trump administration unless something drastic happens. That’s why I’m predicting the Department of Government Efficiency (“DOGE”), led by Elon Musk, aiming to reduce wasteful spending, will likely be carried out in a radical way.
It’s similar to what Harry Truman did. Before he was president, before he was even vice president, Truman had a committee during WWII that uncovered government inefficiencies and saved trillions in today’s money.
Lessons from the Truman Committee
For example, in March 1943, Time magazine reported excessive spending by contractors costing $250 million in WWII—huge money for the time. They found Carnegie Illinois Steel Company delivering faulty steel slabs for battleships and falsifying quality reports. They also found defective airplane engines made by Curtis-Wright that killed student pilots. And Standard Oil and Alcoa, holding monopolies on critical war materials, intentionally slowed development of substitutes and created artificial shortages.
Truman’s team caught them, fined them, replaced them, and restructured companies, saving the equivalent of $5-6 trillion today.
Why DOGE Could Be a Game-Changer
So with Uranus and all the other Trump 2.0 factors we discussed, I predict DOGE will have a major impact on reducing wasteful spending, especially in defense and healthcare. If successful, it could surprise the stock market positively.
This is important because the U.S. is on an unsustainable path. The problem is we can’t restructure the system without decimating the entire retiring baby boomer population. To keep pensions safe, to protect 401ks that are underperforming, and as we continue debasing the currency, something drastic has to shift.
This DOGE initiative will be one of several solutions, but it’s the big one that’s going to shock and upset everybody.
