We do know that the October 2nd Annular ‘Ring of Fire’ Solar Eclipse signifies a shift or a fated turn of events. This can have an impact up to three months before and one year after. Now, I certainly see it impact for three months, not so much a year—that’s pretty rare.
So that sort of makes sense. Three months after the eclipse brings us to December, when the electoral college meets to make its decision. Will the state electors decide to vote for whoever actually won in that particular state? This will be a factor we have to look at after the election.
Hurricane Helene and the Federal Response
We know eclipses activate hidden agendas and unexpected developments that drastically shift public sentiment. During this recent eclipse, we had Hurricane Helene, where the death toll shot way past 200. I think the number is in the thousands at this point—people who died during and after the hurricane. So this has been an enormous, enormous crisis.
And what did we see? The federal response, led by FEMA, was worse than what might be expected from a third-world country. You talk to people in North Carolina, and they’d say that any third-world military force could have done a better job than FEMA. Meanwhile, what was President Biden doing? Basically exhausting the FEMA funds, sending billions over to who? To Ukraine—to accelerate and intensify the war.
Then, we see Kamala Harris going to Georgia, which was also hit very hard. And she makes an announcement to several hundred people in that neighborhood who lost their homes that relief is on the way with $750 per household per victim.
The Political Fallout in Key Swing States
And here’s what’s important about that: Those two particular states that Harris needed to win, Georgia and North Carolina—the polls reversed dramatically. The Democratic game plan was to win Georgia, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. If you win those three states, you win the election. So she was very competitive, neck and neck in the polls—actually slightly ahead in some of the polls in these states.
Then this hurricane comes along and her response… I mean, she couldn’t have done anything more than what she stated, but it was the way she did it that was promulgated all over the media. Then, of course, what Biden did blatantly. Because who’s in charge of the White House? We don’t know. Now, obviously, I think if Biden had his wits about him, he wouldn’t have said what he said or done what he did.
So, we can see now that she is not going to win Georgia or North Carolina. She needed to win those two states along with Pennsylvania to ensure the landslide victory that the mainstream media continues to try to convince you is going to happen.
The U.S. Pluto Return and the Third Act of the Fourth Turning
At the time of the eclipse, everything started shifting dramatically in Trump’s favor, and he’s been gaining ground in the presidential election ever since. But there’s another factor we have to look at here: the U.S. Pluto return is occurring at the same time we’re in the third act of the America fourth turning.
So, according to the Strauss–Howe generational theory, America is currently in a fourth turning, the crisis period at the end of the 80-year-long cycle, with each period lasting roughly 20 years. We went through fourth turning events during and leading up to the Civil War and the Great Depression, which then transitioned into World War II. We’ve been in this 20-year fourth turning period since 2008, so now we’re entering the third act.
And this is going to become much more obvious now that Pluto is reentering Aquarius in November 2024. Meanwhile, the U.S. is still undergoing its Pluto return.
Now, you hear about the upcoming U.S. Uranus return constantly—it’s all over the internet. But you don’t see much mention of the Pluto return. We’re not done with the Pluto return, folks. The Uranus return does not come into formation until the second half of 2025, so we’re not really going to feel the Uranus return for a while.
The Pluto return overlapping with the third act of the fourth turning symbolizes intense change, societal mutation, and the potential for widespread upheaval at every level. And that’s not just within the population—that upheaval can be geopolitical upheaval or geo upheaval with the volcanoes, earthquakes, and tsunamis. Right now, we’re looking at the prospect of a political earthquake. And during these earthquakes, the hidden issues and latent conflicts all rise to the surface.
Making Decisions in the Face of Crisis
So America faces, is facing now, and will continue to face a structural, political, and economic crisis. Crisis means what? Time to decide. The biggest problem I see with my clients right now is they’re not deciding—they’re delaying decisions big time. But you have to understand, the time is now!
Everything you are putting off is what you need to make a decision about with a vengeance because, as we know, the longer you don’t make a decision, the more outer events will accelerate and intensify to a point where you will not be able to ever pull that trigger, meaning you’ll lose that opportunity. And we pay a very heavy, stiff price.
Eclipse Effects on the U.S. Declaration of Independence Chart
So, any new administration, regardless of who wins, is going to find itself at the center of both revolutionary opportunities and severe challenges simultaneously. And, of course, we’re in this eclipse zone between now and the time the electoral college meets on December 19th.
And we know this eclipse has also made an impact on the U.S. Declaration of Independence’s chart, conjucting its natal Saturn and squaring its natal Mercury-Pluto opposition. So again, a reckoning of some type is coming—a tension between the nation’s identity and the shadow elements all coming out.
