1. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our digital services, including memberships, consulting services, and webinars, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services, and if you encounter any issues accessing your webinars, membership content, or other services, please contact us immediately. Our support team will assist you in resolving any concerns to ensure you receive the value you paid for.
2. Shipping and Delivery Policy
For certain coaching programs, a physical kit is included in the program fee to enhance your experience. These kits are essential to participating fully in the program and are clearly listed on the registration page.
- Shipping Methods: We ship kits using USPS, FedEx, or DHL, and tracking information will be provided once your kit has shipped so you can monitor its progress.
- International Shipping: We ship to most countries internationally, and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and the shipping method.
- Delivery Times: Domestic deliveries typically take 2-5 days, and international deliveries may take 10-14 days. Please note that delays due to customs or other factors outside of our control may extend delivery times.
3. Return Policy
Due to the customized nature of our services and programs, including physical kits where applicable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, as our offerings are tailored to ensure the highest value and quality for each participant.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules may change, and you may need to reschedule a consultation or cancel a membership. Our policies are as follows:

Consultations: No refunds will be provided for cancelled or missed appointments. However, you may request to reschedule an appointment by sending a message or emailing ‘contact [at] williamstickevers [dot] com’ at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Please note that the next available time slot could be weeks or even months away, depending on availability. In the case of an emergency, rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Memberships and Subscriptions: While our memberships and subscriptions are not customized to individual clients, they contain highly valuable and exclusive content. As such, we do not offer refunds for these services. Members can cancel their membership at any time via their account settings, which will stop future billing. Refunds for prior payments are not provided, but access remains available until the end of the billing cycle.

Webinars and Programs: Webinar registrations typically include access to the recording, regardless of whether you attend live. Please check the specific webinar registration page for details on whether the recording is included. Due to the nature of our events, registrations are non-refundable.
