Now, I wanted to talk about Neptune ingressing into Aries because we do know that’s going to be a big deal. So we see that Neptune is entering Aries. And we know Aries—the world point—has to do with what? Radical, major events, right? It’s very pioneering. And we are in a period of radical innovation. So we’re going to see massive scientific advancements with Neptune going into Aries.
Now, a lot of people would say, “Well, William, how does Neptune have to do with technology? Because Uranus rules technology—that’s what the astrologers say.” Yeah, but the astrologers are really thinking in terms of the mechanistic paradigm, right? They’re not thinking in terms of what Neptune rules. Neptune rules virtualization. It rules quantum.
Neptune in Aries: A Historic Catalyst for Innovation
By the way, the last time Neptune was in Aries was indeed a time of scientific revolution, during 1861 to 1874. We saw foundational advances across several scientific disciplines. Modern medicine leapt forward with the germ theory of disease. Louis Pasteur developed pasteurization in the 1860s. We saw the rise of antiseptic surgery. Anesthesia—Neptune. We saw hypnosis. We saw drugs. We saw the beginning of the allopathic method of science.
We saw the invention of dynamite, which—you gotta understand—until the atom bomb, dynamite was like a weapon of mass destruction. You could actually blast your way through a mountain. And they did that. The United States built the first transcontinental railway right through the mountains. And it was also used as a weapon. So it revolutionized engineering.
We also saw the discovery of the periodic table of elements—a huge milestone. That was the first real understanding of scientific-based chemistry. And we had the first transatlantic cable. We saw the beginning of communication without wires.
And what’s the other big thing? Neptune deals with the virtual. It also deals with images. So what did we see? The emergence of photography. James Clerk Maxwell—I think he was the first color photographer, 1861, using a three-filter method. So we saw a lot of major breakthroughs.
Solar Eclipse and the New Neptune Cycle
Now, I’m bringing all that up because this is happening hours after the March 29th solar eclipse. So something big, folks, is going to be rolled out. It may not be the day after, but in that period, we’ll see advances in imaging, chemistry, understanding invisible forces…
By the way, we also saw the formulation of electromagnetic field equations in the 1860s by Maxwell. And then we see Darwin—evolution. Neptune in Aries also correlates with the emergence of Karl Marx’s Das Kapital, which challenged the established paradigm on economics. Then, we see the rise of social Marxism.
The Outer Planets and the Non-Material Paradigm
When you’re dealing with Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto, you’re dealing with anything that’s outside the materialistic paradigm. Even though, yeah, electricity—you could say—is definitely Uranian. But when you’re dealing with magnetism, we know magnetism is very tied up with electricity. So, in other words, electricity, in terms of how we use it today, couldn’t be employed without magnetism, the magnets within electrical motors—that type of thing.
So we have Neptune in Aries, followed by the convergence of Saturn ingressing into Aries in April. And then the convergence of both of these planets will facilitate some type of major shift.
Major Breakthroughs in Medicine and Biotech
And I believe what we’re gonna see is a fusion of the digital with the physical. Think brain-computer interface. AI integration into daily life. And we see, somehow, some device that can link us—neural link us—with artificial intelligence.
We also could probably see a major breakthrough with medicine and biotech. We’ll see breakthrough cures and therapies emerge. So I think we’re going to get a lot of announcements this year. It could even lead, possibly, to the cure of cancer, cure of leukemia, or other disease breakthroughs—especially in the treatment of conditions linked to stress or the immune system.
So we’re likely to get new gene-editing techniques, like the CRISPR cures, or anti-aging treatments that really work. Like, okay, yeah, it’s maybe $20,000 a year, but you just get your IV every two weeks, and now you’re biologically getting younger. It’s not just the Hollywood elite. Like, you see these A-list Hollywood actors in their 60s still playing 35-year-old parts convincingly.
Well, now these anti-aging treatments will be enhanced, modified, improved, more effective—and won’t kill your budget. You won’t have to drain your retirement account or sell your Bitcoin for them. We could also see pandemic-countering technologies accelerating as well.
AGI Timelines Are Collapsing
But the big thing I’m looking at here is—I’m seeing these announcements constantly in the tech sector. All these tech experts have significantly revised their AGI predictions. What I’m hearing, and not only hearing, I’m actually seeing and working with the tools… They’re working with the tools first and going, “Oh my God, this is like AGI already!”
So they have pushed up all their timelines on AGI. How is this related? Because Neptune’s going into Aries. And we talked about what? The merger of digital intelligence in the physical world. And the merger—a neural link—of artificial or machine intelligence with the human brain or body.
The Six Million Dollar Man Was a Preview
Like The Six Million Dollar Man that came out in 1973. Think about that show. What did they talk about? They had a big breakthrough with the neural link, where they could connect the bionics to an atomic-powered bionic arm and leg.
So what I’m getting at here is that—today, it’s like, “Oh, all right, I could see that happening,” right? But back in ’73, that was already envisioned. So it took that long to get there. And now they’re pushing up the timeline. Not only is that going to be possible, but it’s going to enhance our intelligence even greater.
From AGI to ASI: Predictions from the Experts
So experts have significantly revised their AGI predictions—just this week. In 2021, AGI was thought to be 20 years away. But rapid advancements in AI capabilities, like ChatGPT 4, have drastically shortened this timeline.
Elon Musk expects AGI by 2026. Anthropic’s Dario Amodei predicts 2027. DeepMind’s Shane Legg estimates 2028. The consensus now places AGI within the next one to three years.
Microsoft AI CEO Mustafa Suleyman predicts that AI models will be 1,000 times larger in the next three years—accelerating progress toward AGI and ASI. And Nvidia’s CEO believes ASI is less than five years away. So he believes it’s around 2029.
And by the way, if you look at the movieTerminator, when is the Terminator sent back? That was in 2029. 2029, the Terminator was sent back to kill Sarah Connor in 1984. So if you think about it, Hollywood is tracking the reality. Because what is the Terminator? He’s really like an AGI. He’s got the knowledge and skill set of the best soldier and smartest human on the planet. And he’s a robot—but he’s also AGI-empowered. And he’s connected to what? The ASI, which is Skynet.
AI Is Now Designing the Tools That Power It
By the way, the current AI, with the new set of computers that you’ll be buying this year, or your new iPhone 16 or 17—the AI already helped design the chips. So these new chips we’re getting now were designed or co-designed by AI. According to the Nvidia CEO, it’s already happening. So we’re going to see these new AI chips that we’re getting, or some of us already have, that were designed by AI to begin with.
And so the chips that future iterations will run on will be reinforcing the feedback loop of exponential growth. So I think the big problem is: people in general underestimate exponential growth. If you underestimate exponential growth, then it just seems like science fiction—how this all could be happening much faster than you’re comfortable with.
The Unknown Intelligence Behind the Curtain
So controlling a super-intelligent AI is unprecedented. No species has ever controlled a more intelligent entity. Even AI researchers don’t fully understand how their current models function.
They don’t understand how ChatGPT 4.5 really works. They’re like, “Well, how does it do that? How does it create the art? How does it write a whole movie script? And then create that script into a movie?” We don’t really know.
