One of the things I stated was that Trump would be the disclosure president, where disclosure is not random, but follows a predictable long-term planetary cycle that will shape the collective consciousness, the technology, the geopolitics, and the civilizational transition.
One of the things I talked about at length in that presentation back in 2018 was the emergence of artificial intelligence, and that at the time of disclosure, artificial intelligence would play a very big role, or force the issue, or accelerate the issue once Trump and the administration basically triggered the disclosure process.
Now keep in mind, there was no ChatGPT until November 2022.
The Emergence of the PURSUE Program
So, with that being said, pretty much what I stated has come to pass. We know that recently, on February 19th, 2026, Trump directed, through a presidential directive, a sweeping executive order requiring all federal agencies—the Pentagon, FBI, NSA, NASA, Department of Energy, and ODNI—to identify, review, declassify, and release unresolved UAP records, which created the PURSUE program: Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters.
Basically, what this signaled was the transition from ridicule to institutional acknowledgment. Astrologically, Uranus in Gemini destabilizes information monopolies. Once the gatekeeping structure weakens, narratives that were once suppressed begin entering mainstream circulation.
So what did we see recently?
Trump’s UAP directive. The files are here. What’s important here is not necessarily the literal authenticity of every claim. Rather, it is the acceleration of institutional coordination around the topic. We see references to the Pentagon, AARO, intelligence agencies, and political actors converging around a public disclosure framework.
Soft Normalization and the Release of UAP Files
The Obama comments are especially interesting because they served as a form of soft normalization.
The Department of War released the first tranche of UFO/UAP files to the public for review and study—hundreds of records, photos, and videos uploaded to the Department of War’s website, including NASA mission transcripts, military incident reports, and infrared images captured during aerial encounters.
I noted at the time, around 9:04, that was the moment the material got posted and was picked up by NewsNation.
Notice here Uranus again at zero degrees Gemini. It’s basically telling us what’s about to happen. Also note that Neptune is still on the world point at three degrees Aries. We still have what I would call a tight Saturn-Neptune conjunction, and we have a Moon-Pluto conjunction in the 8th house. That certainly brings out secrets.
So what we’re seeing is not only the issue of declassification of secrets, but the nature of the secrecy itself.
Managing Shock Through Gradual Disclosure
What we’re seeing here is a form of disclosure day—a roadmap, if you will.
Historically, governments rarely release destabilizing information all at once. Instead, information is paced strategically to manage public reaction. The phrase “manage shock” is the key.
If you were to look at this chart and think about managed shock—Moon in Aquarius conjunct Pluto in the 8th house—the idea is that they know these different tranches will produce some form of shock or ontological crisis.
The Moon has very much to do with history, with who we believe we are. “I come from this family, this is my last name, I came from this neighborhood.” We all carry this historical biography.
All of that is going to be turned inside out and upside down in terms of the human story we’ve told ourselves.
The Collapse of the Old Human Narrative
We’ve only been around here for 5,000 years, right? There’s Adam and Eve, the flood, the Old Testament, the New Testament. Then after that comes the Roman Empire, the British Empire, and then America, and that’s supposedly all you need to know.
All of that is going to be completely turned inside out and upside down.
So our understanding of history, archaeology, and civilization itself is going to change. This is not just about, “They’re here, they’re observing us, they’re an alien species.” Yes, that part is obvious.
It’s these other implications that the government knows are going to create an even bigger problem for people.
