Disclosure, Non-Human Intelligence, and the End of the Human-Centric Worldview

A preview of the GTA Member Webinar on June 12, 2026.

If this decade is defined by artificial intelligence, then a disclosure event raises a parallel question: What happens when humanity is forced to confront intelligence that is no longer human in origin?

The key point is not to overstate what is known. The key point is that the disclosure process—whether controlled, partial, fragmented, or uncontrolled—is happening in the same historical window in which AI is already challenging the human monopoly on intelligence.

This is a deeper pattern. AI is forcing us to ask whether intelligence must be biological. Disclosure forces us to ask whether intelligence must be terrestrial—whether intelligence can only originate from Earth. Both of these forces destabilize the old human-centric model of consciousness, the old human-centric model of agency, and the old human-centric model of civilization.

This subject matter definitely belongs here because Uranus-Pluto does not merely describe new machines. It describes the shattering of old ontologies. I’m going to do a two-plus-hour presentation on the coming disclosure, but I do want to address some things that have happened recently.

The Disclosure Debate Has Moved Beyond Belief

For most of the modern UFO era, disclosure has been treated as a question of belief. Do you believe the witnesses? Do you believe the videos? Do you believe the government? But that’s no longer the right question. The disclosure debate has moved from belief to custody.

Who holds the records? Who controls the territory? Who controls the telemetry? Who holds the materials? Who classifies these programs? Who prevented oversight by legitimate legal bodies such as Congress? And who has the authority to tell the public what is true?

I want to walk you through what may be a threshold moment.

We’re seeing these government releases. However, there is a warning right now from Jeremy Corbell. Jeremy Corbell is an investigative journalist and filmmaker, and he is warning that more than 100 journalists now hold sensitive files that were provided to him by people at the highest levels of the military-industrial-intelligence complex over a period of years.

These include video content, unredacted documents, and unredacted classified videos—highly classified material. This material was recently dispersed to over 100 vetted journalists who now hold these sensitive files.

From Managed Disclosure to Potentially Catastrophic Disclosure

This represents a shift from managed disclosure to the possibility of catastrophic disclosure. The role AI may play in turning secrecy into a forensic data problem is now here.

The question is no longer whether disclosure exists. The question is whether institutions can control it.

To understand why this moment matters, we need to start with the newest release. On June 12th, the third UAP release by the Pentagon brought the total number of declassified UAP files to 456.

The scale alone is significant: documents, images, and videos. There is material from NASA, audio recordings, and other extraordinary content.

What the New Pentagon Files Reveal

The important thing is not just the number of files. It’s the pattern of what is being released.

We have federal law enforcement encounters with glowing orb-like objects. We have recurring luminous orb sightings in the Northeast. We have a historical airport incident involving radar and optical tracking.

What matters is that the subject is no longer being kept at the level of folklore. It has entered the archives. It has become bureaucratic. It is now documentary, institutional, and searchable.

But there is also a limitation here.

These files show encounters. They show historical interest. They do not yet reveal the deeper core, and that is the bigger issue.

The Historical Pattern Behind the UFO Question

When we look at the historical files and public reaction, the pattern becomes even clearer.

The historical material matters because it shows continuity. It goes all the way back to the CIA’s Robertson Panel in the early 1950s. That panel did not merely assess UFOs as a subject. It recommended a massive federal debunking strategy to prevent panic and foreign exploitation.

This is crucial because it tells us that, from the beginning, the UFO issue was not only about objects in the sky. It was a public perception issue. It was an institutional credibility issue. It was a national security issue. It was also an issue of narrative management.

Then we have astronaut testimony from the space age, adding first-person accounts from people at the center of America’s technological mythos.

But again, the public reaction has been mixed.

Many people are saying these releases are interesting and compelling. It is very clear that something anomalous is going on. Yet the releases still avoid the strongest allegations.

Why Jeremy Corbell’s Warning Matters

This is where Jeremy Corbell’s warning becomes important.

If official disclosure continues to release fragments while avoiding the most consequential claims, independent journalists who already possess this material will likely be the first to publish it and push the issue forward.

That brings us to the claim that changes the entire equation. This is the hinge point of the presentation.

If approximately 100 journalists are now holding highly classified underlying UAP files, then the information environment has changed.

Traditional secrecy depends on containment. A small number of gatekeepers can manage a classified file, a compartmentalized black-ops program, or a restricted archive. But once information is distributed across enough people—especially journalists—the logic changes.

The government may still control official confirmation, but it no longer fully controls publication.

The Shift from Government Disclosure to Media Disclosure

That is the warning Corbell is making.

If official channels continue to avoid discussing reverse engineering, continue to withhold information, documents, and videos concerning recovered materials of non-human origin, non-human biologics, and non-human craft, then disclosure will move outside the official process initiated by the Trump administration and the Department of Defense.

In other words, the center of gravity will shift from government disclosure to media disclosure.
