Right now, civilization is in a massive paradigm shift. There’s an apocalypse, a disclosure. We’re going through the Fourth Industrial Scientific Revolution, and we’re certainly at a tipping point—a moment of critical mass, the threshold, the boiling point. We saw very little change in human society up until the 1850s, but then things began to change exponentially.
From 1850, during the Uranus-Pluto alignment and the Second Industrial Revolution, we opened Pandora’s box, releasing vast potential for both good and evil.
The Acceleration of Human Civilization
We are moving very, very fast. We went from horse-pulled carts to light bulbs, internal combustion engines, radios, motion pictures, industrial machinery, television, mechanical robots, submarines, frozen food, insulin, rocket fuel, electron microscopes, nuclear weapons, transistors, barcodes, solar cells, fiber optics, hovercrafts, computer disks, calculators, personal computers, supercomputers, superconductors, the internet, DNA genome sequencing, and stealth technology.
We have moved incredibly quickly from the mid-1800s to where we are now in 2018 (the time of this webinar recording), and we are accelerating faster and faster. We have now entered the Fourth Industrial Scientific Revolution, and the emerging technologies today possess incredible diversity and transformative power.
Having stated that, it’s very hard to believe that this steady, predictable world that many still reference even exists anymore. Many people who write the books we continue to use as reference material are still stuck in that previous world, while the world itself continues moving beyond them—beyond their mechanistic, materialistic worldview.
Ray Kurzweil and the Rise of the Singularity
According to Ray Kurzweil—the American author, computer scientist, inventor, futurist, and longtime Google collaborator since 2012—we can expect by 2020 to see computer chips embedded everywhere and in everything throughout the world. This is what’s called the Internet of Things.
Virtual reality environments will become common. Personal computers will eventually reach parity with the computational power of the human brain by around 2029 or 2030.
When we talk about exponential growth, we’re really talking about the law of accelerating returns, which predicts exponential increases in technologies like computers, genetics, nanotechnology, robotics, and artificial intelligence.
Kurzweil says that once the singularity is reached, machine intelligence will become infinitely more powerful than all human intelligence combined. Sometime after that, machine intelligence and human intelligence will merge and become a new species.
Now, there’s a reason I’m stating all of this.
Humanity’s Technological Transformation
Human society is changing for all the reasons I’ve outlined, but what we’re really seeing is that a technological singularity is coming. This is something that the astrological community has to address, because this is going to happen within our lifetime.
Within our lifetime, nanobots smaller than human neurons—with computational power greater than the most powerful computers today—could be injected by needle, linked to our neural networks, and interfaced directly with our brains. That interface would then connect to the internet itself.
Many people don’t believe such things will happen, but based on the testimony of whistleblowers, scientists, physicists, and people like Ray Kurzweil, I can assure you that we are on this trajectory.
Now, I know some of you are asking, “What does this have to do with UFOs and ETs?”
The Planetary Cyclic Index and Global Crisis
Bear with me for a second, because when you look at the astrology—especially through the larger planetary cyclic index, which calculates the angular separations of the outer planets from Jupiter through Pluto—you begin to see something extraordinary.
Those angular separations are plotted on a graph, and when you analyze that graph from 1900 to 2030, you can clearly see periods associated with major wars and crises.
The first major drop in the Barbault Planetary Cyclic Index coincides with World War I. Then the index recovers during the Roaring Twenties. After that came the Great Depression and World War II.
Then we see the Cold War, followed by a period of stabilization. After that comes a second Cold War, the collapse of the Soviet Union, and the fall of the Berlin Wall.
Around the early 1980s, we also see what was described as the “great emergency” connected to the UFO issue. Then we enter the period we are in now—the global crisis—as the index begins another serious decline.
When this drop reaches its low point around 2020, 2021, and 2022, we see a Mars-Jupiter-Pluto-Saturn quadruple alignment in close aspect with Uranus. Essentially, four out of the five outer planets are aligning, and when you include Mars, you’re talking about five planets pressing down on the wave function of the index.
These downward phases historically correlate with societal breakdowns, rising pessimism, political instability, resource crises, confusion, global tension, military conflict, and destructive wars over resources.
You can see all of that playing out now. This is the astrological setup for what I call the X Event.
Understanding the X Event
The X Event is something that tends to occur during the second decade of every new century. If you go back to the fifth century onward, there’s a remarkably consistent pattern of these X Events.
Today, we might call something like this a black swan event, but this would be more like a super black swan—a nuclear-level black swan event. It’s an unexpected event so massive that it changes the course of history itself.
The astrology supports the emergence of such an event because if you follow this downward wave function from its peak around 2003 all the way down to its bottom around 2022, you can see this entire process unfolding during the second decade of the twenty-first century.
If you go all the way back to the fifth century, you’ll notice that these X Events repeatedly occur during the second decade after the start of each new century.
Many of these world-changing events correlate with the rise and fall of empires, large-scale military invasions, revolts, social revolutions, political power struggles of international significance, unexpected military outcomes, religious conflicts, and the outbreak of major world wars.
Historical Cycles of Collapse and Rebirth
Just go back one hundred years and you see the outbreak of World War I. Go back another hundred years and you find the French invasion of Russia and the Napoleonic Wars.
Go all the way back to the fifth century and you find the Visigoths sacking Rome, the collapse of the Roman Empire, and the beginning of the Dark Ages that lasted roughly four hundred years.
So every hundred years, during the second decade, if you study the astrology—especially through the broader planetary cycles and the Barbault Planetary Cyclic Index—you can identify periods where humanity goes through a major death-rebirth process.
And that’s really where we are now: in a death-rebirth process.
Disclosure, Transformation, and the Coming Renaissance
There are numerous ways disclosure may arrive, and once that trickle begins—which I believe it already has since last year—it eventually turns into a flood.
Once this process starts, it becomes a free-for-all for institutions and individuals reaching toward the truth.
Look at the Saturn-Pluto alignment. It’s back, and it’s operative. The Saturn-Pluto alignment becomes fully active on December 18th. In two days, that alignment comes fully into effect and begins playing itself out during the same period that this X Event is likely to occur.
That correlates with the sharp downward slide of the global crisis shown in the planetary cyclic index.
We are going through a collective transformation—a death and rebirth crisis. Death comes before transformation. Then comes rebirth, or renaissance.
That’s where we are now.
We are absolutely at the tipping point, and everything is now within reach. We’re about to see all of this play out, and based on the evidence I’ve presented, I believe disclosure has already begun. Right now it’s only a trickle, but that trickle is going to become a river.
And eventually, it’s going to become a flood.
