Pluto’s Movement and the Expansion of American Power
Every time Pluto moves into a new sign, the U.S. expands its power. Now, I’m not going to go too deep into this, but I want to point out that each time Pluto changes signs, it often correlates with war or some major national transformation.
For example, we saw the acquisition of Texas, Mexico, and Arizona when the U.S. invaded Mexico. Essentially, the U.S. declared everything north of the Rio Grande as its own—that was the peace treaty. Then we saw continental expansion again when Pluto moved into Gemini: Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa. You can see how America kept growing as an empire.
And even when the U.S. didn’t fully take over a country, it still set the economic rules—establishing corporations, building military bases, and extending influence. Since Pluto entered Capricorn, the U.S. has built over 800 military bases outside its borders.
Now, with Pluto moving into Aquarius, we don’t know exactly what this will bring, but it’s definitely tied to America’s next phase—its growth or possible decline as an empire.
Pluto in Aquarius and the Great Mutation
When Pluto entered Aquarius, it aligned with the Jupiter-Saturn Great Mutation event. The Great Air Mutation of 2020 marked a 242-year cycle—the transition from Jupiter-Saturn conjunctions in Earth signs to those in Air signs.
Why does that matter? Because Pluto in Aquarius activates this Saturn-Jupiter conjunction. In fact, the triple conjunction of Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto in 2020 was historic. The last time we saw something like that was during the Renaissance—the collapse of the medieval age and the rise of the scientific revolution.
If we go back 242 years, we reach the beginning of the Second Industrial Revolution around 1840–1842 in Great Britain. Now, we’re seeing the emergence of a new industrial and scientific revolution—a massive cultural transformation, just as Europe experienced during the Renaissance.
Aquarius and the Cultural-Scientific Transformation
Aquarius, in mundane astrology, represents alternative culture, community, multiculturalism, humanitarianism, exploration, and the information society. It’s tied to modernization, knowledge-based economies, free-thinking movements, civic organizations, reforms, social equality, decentralization of power and money, universal basic income, technocracy, and utopianism.
So we’re about to witness major shifts—platform-level disruptive innovations that will reshape the world. These include political innovation, new forms of leadership, governance, and technologies like CRISPR gene editing, which will lead to medical singularity; energy storage; the move away from internal combustion engines; robotics; collaborative AI; blockchain; Bitcoin as a global reserve asset; cryptocurrency; digital economies; the coming 6G revolution; nanotechnology; decentralized finance; lab-grown foods; smart cities; hypersonic aviation; electric and flying cars; drones; 3D and 4D printing; space manufacturing; DNA sequencing; and augmented reality.
All of this is happening right now. We are in the exponential moment.
Linear vs. Exponential Thinking
People often get impatient for results. They’ll say, “Hey, I invested in Bitcoin, William, but I’m not a millionaire yet.” That’s because they’re thinking incrementally. They have a linear mindset—focused on gradual improvement—while the exponential mindset creates something different, something disruptive that re-engineers society, culture, and industry.
We’re not talking about 10% growth year after year. We’re talking about 100x growth—happening beneath the surface between 2022 and 2028. History shows that technological change is exponential, not linear, even though most people are taught to think otherwise.
What this means is that in the 21st century, we won’t experience 100 years of progress—it’ll be equivalent to 20,000 years at today’s rate. Returns like chip speed and cost efficiency will grow exponentially. There’s even exponential growth in the rate of exponential growth.
Within a decade, machine intelligence will surpass human intelligence—what’s known as the technological singularity. This shift will be so rapid and profound that it will mark a rupture in human history.
The Fourth Industrial Revolution and Accelerating Change
If you look at Bitcoin as part of this Fourth Industrial Revolution, we’re just getting started. Think about how quickly technologies like telephones, TVs, and cell phones were adopted—it starts slow, then suddenly explodes. We’re right on the edge of that explosion now.
This is the law of accelerating returns—each advancement accelerates the next. It implies faster, more radical change than ever before. Archetypically, this is being driven by Pluto entering Aquarius, signaling profound social and cultural transformation—just as during the American and French Revolutions, when Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto also converged.
We’re seeing this reflected in markets too. The Global X Robotics and Artificial Intelligence ETF, for example, is outperforming the S&P 500. It invests in companies benefiting from robotics and AI adoption—showing where the future is heading.
