2012: Year of the Water Dragon
The Year of the Dragon happens every twelve years. In 2012, the Year of the Water Dragon, we had some major global events. The London Olympics showcased international cooperation and athletic excellence. The discovery of the Higgs boson particle marked a groundbreaking moment in particle physics. And the Mars Science Laboratory, or Curiosity rover, successfully landed on Mars, advancing space exploration.
On the other hand, Hurricane Sandy devastated the East Coast, claiming nearly 300 lives across the U.S. and the Caribbean, and causing over $50 billion in damages. That year also saw U.S. President Barack Obama reelected for a second term in a close race against Republican opponent Mitt Romney.
Now, what’s interesting about Obama’s victory is how narrow it was in states where he was expected to win big. Mitt Romney, despite losing Pennsylvania and the election overall, garnered more Republican votes in some states than George Bush did in his time. There was a segment of voters who had supported Obama in his first term but chose Romney the second time around.
Then, of course, there was the end date of the Mayan calendar in 2012, which many interpreted as a significant transition period. This period, spanning from 2012 to 2032, is about 24 years long, with the midpoint falling around 2024. This timeframe correlates with what some call the “apocalypse,” but not in the doom-and-gloom sense. Instead, it’s about lifting the veil, revealing hidden truths, and triggering profound awakenings—sometimes through crises or existential reckonings. These revelations uncover what’s been hidden in plain sight, shaking societal norms and awakening human potential.
2024: Year of the Wood Dragon
We’re seeing a lot of this energy now, in 2024, as we transition into the Year of the Wood Dragon. It’s being propelled by cosmic factors like Pluto in Aquarius and other astrological alignments. This is a time of people coming together to create positive change, realizing their limitless potential. The apocalypse, as we’re experiencing it, isn’t the catastrophic end of the world that we’ve been told to believe by the media; it’s the end of the old world—old systems and outdated ways of thinking.
We’re becoming increasingly aware of the levels of repression and control—some obvious, some hidden—that have shaped our lives. For many, this is a time of awakening. People operating at higher levels of awareness—level three souls and above—are leading the charge for enlightenment and transformation. Lower-level awareness groups may take longer to grasp the significance, but eventually, everyone feels the shift in some way.
Pluto’s Ingress into Aquarius
Last year, when Pluto first ingressed into Aquarius, we saw the rapid deployment of AI technologies like ChatGPT 3.5, followed shortly by ChatGPT 4. Now, we will see the deployment of ChatGPT 5, the first generation of artificial general intelligence.
So, what are we going to see when Pluto ingresses into Aquarius on January 20, 2024, days before the Year of the Dragon?
Pluto’s presence in Aquarius brings challenges to entrenched power structures, revealing the hidden influences of elites and corporations. What was once dismissed as conspiracy theory—things only Alex Jones talked about—is now being validated by independent investigative journalists on both the left and right.
We’re seeing these revelations spark debates about governance, wealth inequality, and social justice. The Pluto-Aquarius influence exposes the zombified nature of many corporations—operating above the law, borrowing at zero percent interest, and buying back their own stock while remaining deeply in debt. This will call into question the foundations of our economic and political systems, setting the stage for a significant power shift.
The Dragon’s Transformative Influence
The Year of the Dragon adds to this transformative energy. We’re likely to see dramatic changes in leadership—CEOs, presidents, prime ministers—all facing potential upheavals. Political parties and ruling elites may struggle to maintain their grip as emerging forces advocate for reform. There will be heightened awareness of inequality and repression, pushing for transparency and ethical leadership. Even those who were previously indifferent will begin to notice the disparities.
Innovation and technology, especially AI, will play a pivotal role in this shift. Many people who resist AI now will soon find it embedded in their daily lives. We’ll see AI toys, dolls, household appliances, and even cars. AI chips will become as commonplace as microchips are today, transforming industries and challenging societal norms.
As we move forward, the Year of the Dragon’s transformative energy will continue to accelerate these changes. It’s a time of dramatic shifts, especially in technology and power dynamics. The advancements we see now will reshape society, empowering the masses while also presenting new challenges. The Dragon has a knack for bringing what’s been brewing beneath the surface into the spotlight, creating pivotal moments of change and restructuring power.
