High-probability scenarios, 2027 to 2028. My forecast models reveal four core trajectories, grounded in Uranus-in-Gemini historical precedence and current global indicators. Scenario 1: Major War Flashpoint
At this point, I would say it’s really clear: if there’s going to be a major war, it’s going to be over Taiwan. The Taiwan Strait will most likely become the epicenter of a global conflict. A minor incursion or a blockade of Taiwan could provoke an explosive chain of responses between China and the U.S.
Meanwhile, NATO–Russia hostilities continue to simmer, especially along Eastern Europe borders and in the Arctic. These fronts are not isolated; they are part of a shifting tectonic plate of alliances. The ripple effect would be severe currency volatility, supply-chain volatility. We could see migration surges, blackouts, all sorts of disruptions due to technologically weaponized attacks.
The tools of war will include not just missiles and drones, but algorithms, satellites, and financial triggers. We have to be mindful of these types of disruption. They’re likely to come quickly and from directions you don’t expect. Again, we’re talking probabilities—I’m not predicting World War III with Taiwan in October 2027. But if I had to say when this would occur, I would say around September–October 2027.
Every military expert worldwide knows the Chinese will be ready, willing, and able to deploy forces across the Taiwan Strait. It’s about 50 to 75 miles—much greater than the distance from England to Calais in France. The waters are very turbulent and volatile, so it’s not something they’ll be ready to do until then. That could be the major war flashpoint during Uranus’s tenure in Gemini.
Scenario 2: Constitutional Crisis in the U.S.
These are extreme scenarios where we see intense political polarization or severe stress on federal institutions—worse than bipartisan gridlock—and widespread public disillusionment. What I believe will likely happen is more of a constitutional convention being called for between now and January 20th, 2033.
A constitutional crisis results in an upgrade of the Constitution where all the states vote in unison for a Constitutional Convention. The last time the Constitution was amended, I believe, was in the first half of the 20th century. It’s a living document. In a way the U.S. is operating on old software—we’re using 20th century software to operate in a 21st century world.
Scenario 3: AI-Triggered Crisis
Uranus governs technology, and its ingress into Gemini points to an explosion of information-based disruption with profound societal consequences. This could be the rapid deployment of human-like automation—artificial general intelligence empowered autonomous humanoid robots—that could dramatically accelerate job displacement, causing steep unemployment and a profound economic downturn.
Mass unemployment would trigger societal disruption. First, 40% of the white-collar workforce becomes chronically unemployed or underemployed over a two-year period. Then the second half hits: 40% of the blue-collar workforce unemployed. So first, the white-collar wave, then the blue-collar wave. By 2032, only half the workers in both sectors remain employed, working alongside AI.
Scenario 4: Cascade of Gray Swan Events
We’ve talked about this before—system-failure modeling where low-probability, high-impact events occur in sequence. Imagine a sovereign-debt crisis hitting Europe, triggering bank failures in the U.S. just as AI-induced labor shocks destabilize employment, and a cyberattack by China cripples critical infrastructure in the U.S. as it prepares for Taiwan.
Hospitals, supply chains, governance systems all falter. The result isn’t one single catastrophe; it’s a cumulative collapse. It’s like death by a thousand cuts, resulting in a sudden loss of blood supply, sudden loss of blood pressure, resulting in cardiac arrest. This is Gemini’s shadow: everything is connected, so everything is vulnerable. It’s not one bomb—it’s a daisy-chained network detonation event. Preparation isn’t about prediction; it’s about resilience.
Low-Probability Scenario: Black Swan Cluster Event
With Uranus, it’s always what you never see coming. It unfolds in nonlinear ways, converging all at once. Low-probability, high-impact shocks hit together, with no time to recover, no buffer to adapt. Once Uranus reaches eight degrees Gemini, we may enter hyperspeed history—compounding effects across politics, markets, and mental health. What comes next? A world of science fiction.
That’s the possible downside: the black-swan cluster event.
Likelihood of Each Scenario
But we’re more likely to see scenario four—cascading gray-swan events—than a true black swan. Scenario three is also highly likely.
If I had to bet: scenario one, low probability but possible. Scenario two, higher probability, maybe a four or five out of ten. Scenario three, I’d give a nine or ten out of ten—an AI-triggered crisis due to unemployment. Scenario four, maybe a six or seven out of ten.
The black swan? Highly unlikely. That would be something like an alien invasion. Disclosure happens in such a disruptive way that effects compound across political systems and markets. People’s mental health collapses from ontological shock. That’s the black-swan cluster event. I’m not saying it will happen, but it’s possible, and closer now than before.
We may face a forced event where we’re no longer in control of disclosure. We had our shot. The aliens are going to force the issue.
