The horoscope for the United Nations (October 24, 1945 at 4:50 PM at Washington D.C.), will be under major stress from 2012 through 2014. The source of the stress will be most likely centered on international conflict and direct military intervention. The March 17th, 2011 U.N. Security Council vote of 10-0 with 5 abstentions to create a “no-fly-zone” over Libya in order to protect Libyan citizens, that eventually resulted in collapse and overthrow of the Gadhafi regime, was a prelude of U.N. empowerment to take direct action in world affairs.
On June 24th, 2012 the first Uranus-Pluto square alignment will afflict the U.N.’s stellium (Neptune, Venus, and Jupiter) in Libra, drastically changing its mandate of facilitating cooperation and bringing consensus among the world’s nations to enforcing a global agenda for worldwide governance. We can already see this change at work in the way the U.N. now monitors and runs elections in sovereign states, conducts intrusive inspections for weapons of mass destruction, imposes comprehensive sanctions on the entire import-export trade of a member state, sends human rights monitors into a kingdom to report on how the monarch was treating his citizens, creating a counter-terrorism committee to monitor national actions against terrorists, setting up international criminal tribunals and coercing governments into handing over their citizens to be tried by foreigners under international law, and the obligatory implementation of specific U.N.-sponsored policies and action plans on its member states.
On October 15th 2012, transiting Saturn will conjunct the U.N.’s natal Sun only 4 weeks after the 2nd Uranus-Pluto square alignment on September 19th, portending extreme crisis-oriented developments that will require U.N. intervention. Just prior to this event, transiting Mars and Saturn will conjunct in Libra in late August that will square the U.N.’s natal Mar-Saturn conjunction in Cancer confirming an active Security Council in response to a series escalating global crisis.
During the third Uranus-Pluto square alignment on May 20th, 2013, transiting Pluto will conjunct the U.N.’s Midheaven while Saturn continues afflict the natal Sun, indicating a transformation of the U.N.’s role from an international organization which facilitates the cooperation of international law and the achievement of world peace, into a powerful global organization that will play a more commanding role in shaping world affairs as a crisis of confidence in the international system begins to unravel in late 2012.
Also during this period we will see the emergence of a potent counter-culture movement led by Generation Xers (those born during the Uranus-Pluto conjunction 1965 – 1969) who will oppose further empowerment of the U.N. and the implementation of its Agenda 21 that will be viewed as a plan to surreptitiously impose world-wide centralized control over people, private property and energy usage. This group will assert, based on evidence from submissions of private, secret, and classified media from anonymous mainstream media new sources, alternative media news sources, diplomatic cable leaks, and whistleblowers, that a dramatic coup d’état operation is underway by a powerful secret oligarchy to secede the national sovereignty of the United Sates and other powerful nation-states in order to implement a new world order to bring about a totalitarian world government controlled by the U.N.
